PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
You may return an item within 30 days from shipping date, for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.
We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns received without authorisation will not be processed for refund or exchange.
1. Create a request for RMA by logging into our RMA website. If you do not have an account, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as your name, shipping address and a valid email address.
2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.
3. We will review your request within 2 business days, please do not send your item/s until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log into our system anytime to check the status of your request.
4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.
5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.
6. If analysis confirms the item failed due to external factors and is not a manufacturing defect, then warranty will be void and the RMA rejected. A £50 testing fee may also be passed onto the customer dependant on the level of investigation carried out.
An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
